Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

After 30 years of producing television and radio talk shows, I'm so happy just to be fishing. Oh I will take an occasional job, but fishing fun is the thing that I enjoy these days when I'm not working on trying to put together the music business.

I caught a few bream too. I'll have to start taking pictures of them since I have this page now.

Feel free to comment and ask me questions and tell me about your bluegill experiences.

David, I know what you mean... the intensity and thrill of the fight.

I almost wish sometimes they would get away, and they do; but

then being the fishermen that we are, it is unlikely. The only thing

for me personally that compares to catching cats like that, are

the bluegills, and of course the Stripers (white bass) that come in

to take advantage of the shad spawns in May each year! Whoa!

Just some randomness, LON.

I do like that cat, though. Is there anything quite as satisfying as hauling on of those beauties?

Classic Twilight Zone. The guy who played the alien was also 'Lurch' on the Addams Family.

I think it is there last dying hope to sever a limb from the human who

caught them!  I mean, you can't blame them. I think of that Twilight Zone movie about

the aliens that came to Earth, and gave a tablet, "To Serve Man," (a cookbook!)

Oh boy! lol
