Southern California.  Very cool in the morning.  You get so busy catching fish that you don't realize it's now warm out.  Plus with our bright sunshine, you do want to protect your skin from the sun's ultraviolet rays... long sleeves and big hats.

I love the hat, but I'm puzzled by all the clothes? You must live somewhere that is still cool.
