That explains why I didn't catch any three-pounders:) I caught one that weighed 21 ounces, caught about ten over a pound, but they weren't as big as I had hoped they would be. But it was definitely still a lot of fun.

Yes he used to feed but quit around 04, I think it had to do with the economy.
Thomas Wilson the mgr. of these lakes does a really good job of keeping these lakes producing huge BG and monster bass.

I thought that photo looked familiar - I fished those lakes once last summer. Didn't they used to feed the fish with automatic feeders on those lakes? I didn't see any feeders when I was there.

This one was caught at Donavan Lakes in Marion Alabama, www.donavanlakes.org. June of 06.
