First time fishing here.Couldn't catch anything but a small Yellow Perch but two fish jumped(Trout?) out away from shore I couldn't cast to.One of my largest LMBass came from shore in October .If hit right with the weather dictating ,shore fishing New Jersey in October can have a small productive window I believe,even for gills .Problem with this lake is only one steep bank making it possible from shore to get a bait or lure to a good October spot .Still didnt produce though.Gonna file this lake away as a possible Spring fishing lake.Couldn't put a boat in at this lake .Not allowed.
