Quill floats increase my hooking efficiency on these goldens above 2 to 1........they aren't usually hard hitters so often you just see the quill dancing but it can display constant pressure without going under by leaning or sliding and it's time to set the hook....................

It's no wonder the bass and predators are doing so well in this region......I've seen hundreds of these things caught in a cast net.......upwards of 12" and better........
