Thanks Mike, I've located them in three different creek this weekend so the rest of March and into April will be fun as I continue to search for staging gills and take advantage of spawning Crappie along the way....An 8-12 inch Crappie cooked fresh is a delicacy.......I release the bigger fish to carrry out their tradition!

I hear you Nathanael....I miss fishing with my friend from Twig, Minnesota.......we served together on Submarines in the Navy and he moved back home after retirement to fish........Can't say I blamed him, very pretty up there and the diversity of fishing is inviting.........The cold would be an adjustment for me with such deep southern roots! Hope you can get out soon friend!
