I've found them at Walmart in these little plastic envelopes by the dozen for about $3.00. Like "Musky" said earlier, you go through several when fishing them because they get tore up....Also they shrivel up to nothing like pork rind if not returned to the brine they are packaged in.........All in all I've had several trips this year where they made a difference in my opinion....Personal preference is the Chartreuse Shad..........

Thanks for the tip Jeff. I haven't fished it near bottom yet but do intend to try. I have had pretty good luck suspending it under a cork and sliding it through the strike zone to keep it moving. Appreciate the information.

Might work good out here in our lakes that are full of little shad.  The large Bluegill feed on them.  Maybe drop shot it on a # 10 Gamakatsu TW hook and a 1/8 oz sinker...

Thanks for the input Eddie. I do prefer the scented plastics given the choice.

I fish them alot when the fish arn't cooperating with non-scented plastics.  The scent really seems to make a difference.

Has anyone else tried these little Gulp 1" Chartreuse Shad soft plastics? I just found these in S.C. and caught a few fish with them. The bait has good action.
