Jim, Jacob is right I believe if you hang around this site you are going to learn something. Thank you Jacob for that responce, couldnot have put it better. Oh by the way I fillet them all, when they get much bigger than a pound I put them back for future brood stock!!!!!

heck yeah u can eat them the ones that get 1lb u fillet those but smaller ones u can just fry whole there tasty with some creole seasoning
