Yes.......a lot of round gills inhabit this water.........have a real good chance to catch a pound class Coppernose in this creek!

I here you JB....You went hungry on Crab night at my house if you didn't learn to pick your own.....I love Boiled Crabs, Deviled Crab, She Crab Soup, Crab Cakes and Gumbo to much not to keep catching them......

There's a really great crab opener that totally prevents sore hands from opening and picking crabs, all you have to do is sit back and eat them.

It's called.....



a wife ;-)

Seriously, I'm too lazy to go through all that work to get crab meat, so that's about the only way I ever get to eat any: if my wife is cracking them :-) The good news is she's really fast and efficient at it and there's not a shred of meat left on the crab when she's done. I never knew there was unable meat inside the main shell...

Thanks guys.....We're done with the crabs for awhile Tooty....hands get tore up cracking the shells and picking them....need a break to heal up.....LOL.......Get stuck by a few big gills too and it makes for some tender hands.....
