drifting Shiners got only 1 fish with a single shot , got 4 more when I went to two split shot .Soon as I did I picked up the Perch . Should have done that right away . Cloudless sky between noon and 2:30 kept them down closer to bottom .

Slip and Jim-I hope to stay on 'em through ice season , Yellow Perch and Pickerel Too! Wish the Gllls wouldn't be so elusive ,some of my biggest Gills have come from this spring fed lake!
