Do you love big bluegill?
9.5'' Warmouth (5-3-16)
I was thrilled with this warmouth that beats my old PB by a wide margin. I could probably count the number of warmouth I've caught on two hands, and they're one of my favorite sunfish. This is one of two warmouth I put in the pond a few years back and haven't seen from them since then, so that added to the thrill as well. This fish took a Rapala X-rap-04.

Great Adam........they are a lot of fun and my favorite with a popping bug.........I still remember catching thousands of big warmouth as a kid in the rice field canals of southeast Louisiana.......we had a big time back then often catching a hundred in one day..........most of the fish I reference were in the 8 to 10 inch range with an occasional pig above that........A true delicacy in Cajun country called a Goggle-Eyed Perch.........Congrats
