Bluegill Po'Boy
My Father's Day feast. Panko crusted and pan fried bluegill fillets on a soft sub roll with Tatar sauce. Fries and slaw, sweet tea and a piece of Honeybun cake for dessert. One day early so we can fish tomorrow. Got a tip on some shellcrackers going crazy in one of the Reelfoot watersheds. Happy Father's Day to you all.

Had a shrimp Po'Boy on the Gulf Coast one time and thought it would be even better with my favorite fish. I been tweaking it ever since. But tonight I'm through. I couldn't stand it if they were any better. I hereby accept the nomination and encourage all BBG members to do themselves a favor and try a Big Bluegill Po'Boy of their own creation. I will post my recipe but you should adapt it to your taste.
