thanks Jim!...using the HDI (hybrid dual imaging) mode on my sonar unit we scanned some good areas of the lake map and found loose but large schools of b.crappies and b.gills separately and some schools containing both. using that sonar mode i can actually interpret or read fish in the weeds with more clarity.
