I made a long term investment in this same pattern on a ball jig and the results have been remarkable here in coastal North Carolina......Allen creates winning jigs and I've had the pleasure of fishing several.........We're working through the details of an all pink jig very similar to this one that should be a star in 2016.........it will simply be called a "Mary Kay" jig in my arsenal........We fish them under a float 99% of the time and enjoy much success......

Very nice looking Jig Allen! The Crappie will inhale it for sure! Do the Arkie heads come painted like that ?

Gary, that's just a standard 1/32nd tube jig that you can get at Wally World.  I think it's a size 6?  Brand name is Arkie, I think.

I bought a whole bunch of them a couple of years ago when I really started getting into tying jigs.  Then I switched over to ball-head, no collar, sickle hook jigs before I used all the tube jigs.
