Do you love big bluegill?

Dinner tonight! Rainbow trout I caught a few weeks ago, slowly thawed out, stuffed with diced onions and butter, seasoned with Old Bay, Dill, and some powdered Garlic. Dotted with a little more butter, wrap up the foil, and onto the grill for about 40 minutes. YUMMY!!!
