I believe these were "baits" as in lures. Luminous was a series of bass, trout and muskie lures. I have been collecting old bait tins so this was interesting to me. This box protected the angler from the hooks (for storing their baits) - early Tupperware er Plano....

Any idea what the 'luminous bait' was? And I thought old timers only used empty tobacco tins for their bait and tackle!
