HEY KEITH , this ones for you buddy... This is a shot over at Harts Lake Indiana from the late 70's. This is my uncle " DUD MAY " and he taught me over 50 years ago how to fish fly's with a bobber . Been doing it ever since . Used to catch lots of Bass and Crappies on his home lake there and his favorite Crappie fly was a MICKEY FINN and that's why I like that pattern so much today . He's gone now sadly , but the memories are still intact for me . The young boys are my two sons and wife of course......
Like Carl ole Dud was a boiler maker his entire adult life .....

HEY DILLY,
GOOD TO HEAR FROM YOU AGAIN! Yup caught lots of fish in this lake and it is called HART'S LAKE in Mid Indiana near a small town called Monteray right on the Tippecanoe river. Wife and I spent our Honeymoon there and spent many a weekend's at Uncle Dud's place and caught lots of Crappies and Bass there. That was over 40 years ago now .
Unc was a man of few words , but lots' of fishing wisdom came from him in snipits .......
