thanks John... bluegills and p.Seeds... love affair with these fish. i was pretty excited to get my third certificate on this species the past two season with a personal best 9.6" on a private lake that was inelligible by state rules.
i also find them very shallow foraging for snails and bugs on vegetation and wood.
water temp on my last trip was 49-51 degs on the surface... i havnt been out since but i would bet it is mid to upper 40's by now with these cool nights we've been having.

What is your water temp these days Slip? I got 55 in the shallows about a week ago.

Very nice Pseed .Love these guys and get fewer than Bluegills. They like hiding under leaf cover by the banks and hitting jigs tipped with pieces of worm..
