Good luck to you, Jim. That would be a crazy battle. Probably no natives in this stream, though. The DNR stocks 6-9" fish each fall, which is what most of the fish we catch are. The stream can heat up too much if the summer gets to hot so the survival rates are usually quite low from year to year. We do get a few holdovers though mixed in. A great place to fish though and always have a lot of fun.

Might go trout fishing tomorrow for some stockies at the local pond...they usually dump a couple in there from 5 to 10 lbs as well...be something on 2 lb test!
