Marburg White Perch. Andre, check it out!

Matt and I got about 60 white perch at Lake Marburg, PA today on worms on the bottom and, that's right Bill, spoons! Our top fish weighed a pound or so.

You likely don't have these in your state...you likely have white bass...a much larger fish than these East Coast white perch...they are two different species.

And believe it or not, I just got up from a meal of 'white perch fish cakes' from this very catch. Indeed, they are excellent on the table!

In Kansas you cannot have any of those live in your possession. How's the eating of those?
