Comment by John Sheehan on November 30, 2015 at 2:05pm: Got my 2nd Yellow Perch(11,1/2") while targeting Crappie with shiners ,drifting and trolling .The 2nd shot helped get it down closer to bottom .It was a cloudless day and though the sun is at a low angle in the sky in November ,I fished noon-2:30 .Prefer the 3-5 pm low light for the Crappie.
