Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

These are my new favorite bluegill hooks. They are incredibly sharp and strong, not to mention their green color. I'm sure you can get them without the green coloration. I don't think the coloration matters anyway. If a bluegill hits a golden hooked worm, is that any less natural than a green hooked worm? Both are equally unnatural. I'm going to do a side by side test some time, but presently, these are some great hooks!

Try the same in Red - color found on injured fish. Green's ok, because as you said it's further from shiny and closer to red. I am not sure I have tried these hooks but I believe I have.
I think their wire is a little too thick and heavy also their barb is too large for fishing worms, spikes. They do too much damage to the bait when putting it on. I prefer a microbarb hook in a lighter wire.
What size hook are you fishing?
