Do you love big bluegill?
I agree with Greg McWilliams post in the crappie group...an Intermediate line is pretty versitle and gives you a great presentation from the surface to 4-5 feet depending on the length of your leader. If you need to get deeper than that then I'd move to a sinking line for sure....
Bryce, You may want to try a three series sinking line. Sinks about 3 1/2 inches per second. Good to about ten feet. Keeps the fly in direct contact with the leader. Not hard to cast. I use a 5 weight. Bill
Full sinking lines can be difficult to cast, you may want to go with a sink tip first and see
how you get on.
