I bought the Bass Pro kit and had everything I needed to get started. Lefty K's bass it. Since then, I bought only material. All the tools work good enough for my skill level.

Good luck
yeah i got this one the other day. I am satisfied i guess to a point. I dont have any dubbing in the kit. So, now i have the Cabelas material kit, the Lefty kit, and i bought a vise which is pretty good.

i tied up one fly, somehting i came up with myself, first time i ever did such a thing, and i went to the Spillway.

i caught some bass on the fly i tied, then switched over to a popper that Accardo makes (local place) and caught some brim.

i hope practice makes perfect, because the first fly came out horrible.

where do i get rubber legs for the spiders?
I started with this one LINK but over the last three years of tying I have swapped everything out but the hackle pliers. I know use a Renzetti Traveler vise with Dr Slick Scissors, Rite Bobbins, and I am not looking back! '

Just my 2 cents
