1/16 ounce white twister tail
1/32 oz. beetlespin for spinning and sinking ant for fly fishing.
1/16 white jig, with a red and white squirt, tipped with a spike or bee moth.
1/80 oz or 1/64 oz pink or green plain jighead with one inch twistertail or Gulp maggot. Black, pumpklinseed and purple twistertail is great for me. White or yellow is also good but more catch crappies!
Small Roostertail spinner
1/80 oz micro feather jigs.
I use any color hares ear nymph size 10 or smaller, or size 10-14 yellow humpy on top sometimes I also use a size 12 popper in one of four colors, yellow, black, chartreuse, orange.
the all time favorite small beeetle spin black/chart, second mepps spinner black barrel with yellow spots, the bluegills in iowa find this irresistable
Rebel "Crickhopper" smallest size, in yellow (only). Exciting topwater hits, size discourages the little ones.
R. Hunter
Beetle spinners are one of my favorite choices and flies with a very small split shot placed a few feet up the line.
I would say a beetle spin or a Bro Bug with a Gulp maggot or Powerbait Waxie.
#14 Green Paradrake, Royal Coachman, mosquito imitation, #12 Miss Prissy, #14 Wooly Bugger (black, olive, or chartreuse).
flies,flies,flies.

gators are ugly
the smallest beetle/buster spin i can find size 0 blade dark colors
