DAMON;; YOU MADE A GOOD VIDEO BUDDY;; BUT IM THINKING YOUR DOING TWICE THE WORK AS I DO;;; I DONT USE A FORK; OR SCRAPE THE BOTTOM OF THE FISH;; I GO STRAIGHT TO THE KNIFE; MAKING A CUT DIRECTLY BEHIND THE GILL; THEN ALONG THE BACK;; ITS ALL OVER IN A FEW SECONDS !
