i use a jenko double down rod with shimano slx bfs reel. 6lb braid. good to 1/8oz but im usually in the 1/32 to 1/64 range jigs.
kastking zephyr is a decent reel for 100 bucks. i was hoping the valiant eagle 2 would be a good teel but it seems it has peoblems still.
