Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

I've only been with BBG.com for close to a year now, and realize that it beats any fishing shows or articles I have read. Not only is it informative, but who can beat a site that has quality videos and pictures? I'm still recovering from my bout with pancreatitis, and the doc says I won't be active or back to work until the end of September. (Doesn't mean that my sweet wife can't drive me to the lake for a little cast and recreation.) The heat here has broken some and the evening hours look good for a few panfish. Right now, size doesn't matter, just the bow in my ultralite. Again, I'm glad to be a part of this great group. Tight lines to all, Nick.

Thanks for all of the positive feedback. It feels good to know that my fishing buddies from all over the states are so supportive. Gettin' better each day. Nick.

Nick, you posted this wording on BIGbluegill.com!

"Right now, size doesn't matter, just the bow in my ultralite."

Glad to see you finally see the light. Big is nice but that rod bending and feeling that vibrating tug is just what the doctor ordered. Nothing beats bluegill for that. ANY SIZE bluegill if you'll let him play the line. I let a 7 incher play longer than usual yesterday and he got hold of an impact wrench down there somehow. When I finally pulled him onboard, I slung him on my back to see if he would give me a vibrating massage. It didn't work. Maybe I have to be underwater with him for the vibrating thingy.

Sorry you've been sick. Sorry you can't work for awhile (I guess, snicker, snicker). Glad you are here with us when you ain't actually fishing. This really is a great place to visit.

Nick
glade to hear that you are on the recovery side of this thing. i think seeing a bobber going under the water is just what the doctor would order. Go catch you a few. GOOD LUCK
