Linda and I enjoyed Trout cooked in foil on the Grill last week .We used lemon and Rosemary .Mashed taters and Brussel Sprouts with cheese sauce !

What's Dales Sauce Carl? I want to grill some Trout in foil ! I have 5 or 6 in the Freezer.

Thats a real nice rainbow !! perfect eating size;; I love to cook these up in al. foil;; lay some dales sauce on the foil first ; then the fish; pour some more dales sauce on top;; salt pepper;; quater slice a lemon and a orange; wrap the foil real tight;; place on a grill;; takes about 30 minutes and terrific eating !!

Hey Carl -I have not used Paraffin .Just Vegetable Oil and Almond or Vanilla extract and a little salt and let these plastics remain in the containers .They seem to absorb the scents by marination. Heres a fine 2 # Trout I caught in July ,two years ago using Vanilla scent .  Makes me wonder if  the scent disperses better in warm water than cool water !RB

I,ve made a double boiler ; melt down some parrifin; to include different items;; let me know how this is working for you
