I caught them on a top water popper, we where fishing an area with a lot of hydrilla so i was fishing a night crawler on a bobber and these fish kept hitting the bobber, so I switched to a small popper, I ended up with 10 of them smallest was 9"

Nice, i was there from around 830/9 till noon. I caught a small bass on a nightcrawler on my second cast, then didn't catch anything for a few hours and then i caught a couple small sunfish. What did you catch the cichlid on?

Yes I fished it today in the morning, from 7-10:30. How did you do on the san marcos?
