Ken, these fish have been stressed I feel with the treating of Copper Phosphate used to control algae .I may be wrong and perhaps the light takes and less active fighting are due to limited visibility and thus disorientation but this time of year the fish should be going NUTS! when caught .These are fighting subdued and hitting slower presentations .I missed a lot of fish and had several tentative biters .Not natural under normal conditions of Nature talking its course with out chemical treatments in my experience! Its not like the water is cold and its early April up here!

Grabbed a Mister Twister Beetle Spin . The one I tied on after I snapped the other one off and it landed in a tree about 50' off the ground
We are supposed to have them here, and they look so much like a sandbass I am not sure if I have caught one or not!!!! NICE JOHN and GREAT SMILE!!!!!!!!!!
