I HAVEN'T NEEDED PARTS, IT'S BEEN VERY SOLID AND DEPENDABLE. I ALSO LIKE THE BATTLE SCARS .

LOLOLOLOL;;;;;  NEVER GIVE UP !!!!!     ACTUALLY I HAD THOUGHT MY MUCH BELOVED;;DAIWA 1000C HAD DIED;;;  BUT !!  AFTER MANY YEARS ; OF TRADING IN MY AREA;; I CAME UP WITH ENOUGH PARTS;; TO GET IT TO WORKING AGAIN !!   ANY TIME YOU HAVE A ROD;; OR REEL;;;  OF MUCH ADMIRATION;;  KEEP LOOKING FOR PARTS !!!   NOTHING LIKE USING A BELOVED ROD AND REEL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yup, love this Pflueger Supreme on that Saint Croix rod.Great Gill,Crappie and   Perch outfit with 4lb test.I particularly like to throw 16th to 1/8th Jig spins using it .

no way john,fish til the gears are stripped.i have a micro diawa i burned up a few years ago.sits on my shelf.must of used it for 10 seasons.caught my biggest bass ever gill fishing.on 6 lb line.always knew the limit of the line strength with that reel.been scouring for one like it for years now.
