Do you love big bluegill?

The Pflueger lineup is amazing. I've got several Trions and Presidents that have exceptional performance. I've been wanting to upgrade to the Supreme or the Red model, can't remember the name of it though. Pflueger's all I buy anymore.
Nice choice.....the Pflueger Supreme is my go to reel when spooning for bluegills.
Yeah, you gotta watch out for talking birds whenever visiting Tennessee - they're bad down this way, especially in the winter when cabin fever sets in (not all of us can brave the cold and hammer the winter 'gills like Tony!).
Great reel- One of the nicest reels I have used is a Daiwa SS Whisker 700. Has just the smoothest drag of any reel out there. Never binds or catches. Great for very light line and drag pulling fish.
lol... They are really soft.... I have one that I use for all the spare spools, the rest just seem to have disappeared.
Last reel I got was a Quantum bait cast - one I had to tear down, clean and lube. I swear the previous owner rolled it in the mud. Good thing is, I only paid $4 for it.
Gotta love a reel that comes with its own monogrammed sack!
How bout' that! A new reel, then voila'... A Tennessee talking bird hints to Walt about dropping a new rod in my lap! On top of that, a couple boxes of Sufix Elite in 4lb test mysteriously appeared on the kitchen table this morning.......
I think somebody's tryin' to tell me something!
A little birdie told me you might get a new rod soon in the mail...
I have several Pflueger Presidents and have had excellent luck with them. I'm sure the Supreme will live up to my expectations. Before switching to Pflueger a few years ago, I always used Shimano and had great results from them also. If Shimano offered the same features as Pflueger for a comparable price, I wouldn't hesitate to use them. But once I factored in the smoothness from all those extra ball bearings, the lightweight magnesium, an extra spool, and an extremely competitive price, the Pflueger came out on top.
