They definitely do. Thrashes a weedy part of the lake so I thought I might have pulled up a chunk of grass but it wasn't. It was like pulling in a doormat. And thanks everyone for the positive comments :)

also, it wasn't caught by that birch tree. actually, nothings really near that tree. As strange as it seems, the fish are more productive near the other birch tree, whos braches go into the water. my brother and i call it the mangroves and the green sunfish are crazy there.

Nah because nobody knew how to filet and my dad wasn't there. I don't know the terms but it was hooked just like a real nightcrawler. Also, the hook was stuck in the fat on his jaw but zack got it out with some pliers.

Your first Bass is a good one !.Nice job!Did you hook that worm weedless or wacky worm it? Caught by that fallen Birch tree?
That sure looks like a Bass,Crappie and BlueGill home!
