P-Gill or P-Seed?

I'm leaning with female p-gill looking at the operculum without any red speck and the colors being a little more dull than a p-seed. Here's a cold-water female p-seed caught this April. The fish has a brighter yellow ventral side as well as yellow-tinted pelvic fins as well as the red speck on the operculum. There's even a hint of yellow in the anal fin as well. 

Here's a female p-gill I also caught this April. Note the absence of the red speck and yellow tinting of the ventral fins. These are just some of my observations based on the pic.
