I only kept 5 biggins for fillets... All the other big daddys went back in the water. Ive got my freezer full now so it looks like its just gonna be fishin for fun now.

we had a fish fry last night.... Had the guy that works at the bait shop come to the house and help me clean them on halfs. I worked the fillet knife he scaled and I cut the heads then he gutted and I cleaned and packed. I dont think any of these fish made it to the freezer. Emmm Emmm I finished the left overs off today. Just reheat in the oven at 350 till there nice and warm and just add ketchup!
