Sarah- Around here we batter fish that size, fry them whole and dip 'em in ranch dressing. (Insert smiley face here)

This is a little one in our lake. Mom got 3rd place in our fishing contest last year with one that was 13 in. Too bad we don't usually keep them.

I'm not kidding you. If you had the time to clean about one hundred yellow perch this size, you'd have the meal of the century. They're amazingly good eating.
