Jointed Jitterbug, Before

I get lots of rough, dirty, used lures, and revive them. I call them, "Scruffy Lures,"... Well for obvious reasons.
This is a world-famous Arbogast "Jitterbug," one of the jointed versions.
It was typical of the way they look when I get them, as seen here. Someone had used a Sharpie marker on it, and it was covered with some
kind of waxy coating.
The little guy was, flatly put, scruffy.
