It's interesting that while eating fried Bluegill and Redears, we really noticed the difference in the taste of the two kinds of fish. The REs were quite a bit sweeter tasting than the BGs. I guess I never ate them both at the same time. Though both were great tasting, I like the REs better. I even like them cold out of the fridge. I think I'll go get a piece right now... got the munchies!
