A bad attempt at a Darbee Two Feather Mayfly.
This was featured in a 1960 'Field and Stream' article. Harry Darby, in his book, 'Catskill Fly Tyer,' said it was the lightest large fly he'd ever seen.
This is a #12 light wire hook. Intended as a stream fly, the tie has a little trick that isn't complicated but makes all the difference. The fly itself is about as obscure as they come which is odd, since it's fairly simple and uses inexpensive materials. A trout dry fly, I'm sure it'll take any bluegill that'll gobble a dry fly... which is ALL of THEM!
