We just used #6 longshank hook and two small split shot about 6 inches above. 4# test line. Just let it sit on the rocks of the levy about 4 ft of water.

Me and my son caught these and a few more Sunday at Davy Crockett Lake. We Fished off the bank with worms. We let them sit on the bottom and let the Shellcrackers find them.
