Neo Surface Zinger

A three material fly.
- Wrapped foam body
- Stiff hackle collar
- Thorax frill of pheasant philoplume.
Heavier wet fly hook with the foam and hackle, it'll float in the surface film.... For a while. If it sinks, it'll do so slowly, which is muy bueno.
I'm liking the idea of a fly that rides the surface, but eventually sinks into the bluegills' face. When it lands they come to investigate - they always do. If they don't snatch it straight away, they are likely to grab it when it falls on their nose and starts to twitch.
