its a yellow bass.smaller cousin to white bass and striped bass.they dont seem to get very big .i here they are good eating.

it was a nice size, but it was close to camera. almost worth a filet if i had more than one, we believe it is a striped bass

excuse me for living in california, but what kinda fish is that??? looks like a crosss between a white craqppie and a baby striper. Is it a yellow bass??
