Yes Brian it is a Artic Grayling. They can also be found in parts of Canada and a few locations in the US. They are a very beautiful fish and have a very large dorsal fin. This fish is a female and very colorful. The males get very intense colors and the dorsal fin has reds, violets and blues. I"ll try and post a picture of a male sometime.

Is this the arctic grayling? Is there anywhere else other than Alaska where these are located? These look like they would be fun to catch.
