@Vang, The meat is very soft,  but It was really good! I deep fryed it, it taste like a big chicken nugget.

Thats a big one!  Honestly, I really hate these.  These have always freaked me out when fishing.  how do they taste?

@Zach, yes! the Cajuns here in Louisiana call them Choupiques. They are strong, and give a great fight. plus they have sharp teeth.

How big is that guy? Looks like a male from the size of the spot on it's tail.
