My Dad nailed some nice non-bluegill on a recent trip. They didn't fight worth a darn...maybe 1/3 of a good bluegill fight. But they were sure tasty! :-)

Jeff, maybe it had something to do with the fact that the water has begun to cool in North Texas. These fish may have only been 10-15 degrees over lethal levels. Maybe they were a little chilly.

That's weird. The Tilapias that I have caught here in California fought great!
