Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

My Dad nailed some nice non-bluegill on a recent trip. They didn't fight worth a darn...maybe 1/3 of a good bluegill fight. But they were sure tasty! :-)

cool! I saw a bunch of these at the local asian store this past weekend. Would love to catch a bunch of these instead though.

Jeff, maybe it had something to do with the fact that the water has begun to cool in North Texas. These fish may have only been 10-15 degrees over lethal levels. Maybe they were a little chilly.

That's weird. The Tilapias that I have caught here in California fought great!
