Sure would like some instructions on how to prepare those as my fish are also small

This 7 acre pond still needs 500 more bluegill from 6-8 inches removed from it this winter. If anglers dont catch them out of it, then I will have to trapnet it this spring and relocate those fish.
The fellas who caught them scale them and eat them whole.
