I use a brand of bread crumbs from a local bread company in Chicago...Gonella seasoned bread crumbs...I also tweak the recipe with Lawrey's seasoned salt, Lawrey's lemon pepper, and garlic powder......it's been a hit at all my nieghborhood fish fry's for years.
