Here is the recipe ....  Size 10 nymph hook...... Lead wire..... Yellow Ultra Chenille..... Green Peacock Chenille..... Rubber legs.

To start wrap your hook to the beginning of the bend, then wrap lead wire back to the eye of the hook. Tie in your yellow chenille and make a few wraps to form the butt. Next tie in your peacock chenille where the butt ends towards the eye of the hook and leave it hang free. Next tie on your rubber legs,then wrap the peacock chenille towards the eye to form the body. Whip finish, then go catch some gills.

Experiment with different color combinations that work well on the waters you fish.

Not a great pic. I found this  pattern on youtube. It is called the yellow butt bream fly. It was tied by another angler just down the road from me here in GA. It is a real easy tie. I hope to try it out soon.
