Curious Led Hed . What's the average depth in that lake ? I am sure its a whole lot deeper than my little suburban lake ,Cupsaw lake .The mean depth of Cupsaw is about 12' I'd say .Deepest part about 30' and not a big 30' area at all . I catch Gills in 1' to about 12' through the seasons .I should  explore the 12-30 ' depths more though .

Yeah John - you can barely tell from the background. The upper part is lots of boulders - then they filled in the beach - and it goes back to gullies and the "canyon". Plus there is a deep area around the inlet pipe.

Thnx guys. I'm not a big fan of deep water fishing because of the stress it puts on the fish. Got to go where the big fish go...

Can't see it in the pic but her eyes are bulging from coming up too fast. Looks like something try to take a bite on the head.
